What I like most about these gummies is their high biotin and turmeric content. However, the label doesn’t specify curcuminoid standardization, so the actual potency isn’t very clear. I’ve also noticed that the collagen (2.5 mg) and hyaluronic acid (0.12 mg) amounts are either extremely low, or possibly the label has printing errors. Compared to standalone supplements, these amounts are about 1000 times lower.
The taste isn’t bad and isn’t overly sweet, but I don’t find them particularly pleasant either.

These are nice sized gummies but are a little sticky (as many gummies are) to get out of the bottle as they stick to each other. This particular gummy you can really taste the turmeric; still a little sweet, but turmeric flavored overall. Nice amount of biotin.
