Are these actually effective, or just "supplement marketing"?
Most gummy supplements cap doses at 100% DV with synthetic isolates: pretty packaging, ghost doses. JUGO doses are clinical-grade: 8,333% DV biotin in Beauty, 3,125% DV B12 in Energy, 300mg of real ashwagandha root extract in Focus, 500mg of real apple cider vinegar in ACV. The actual amounts studied in trials, not sprinkles for the label.

What's actually in them? Any synthetic junk?

Can I cancel anytime?

How fast do orders ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. USPS Standard delivery is 4-8 business days from there. USPS Priority (2-4 business days) is available for $10 at checkout.
You'll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse. Tracking goes live within 24-48 hours.
How much is shipping?
- Orders under $30: $6 USPS Standard.
- Orders $30 and over: FREE Standard shipping.
- USPS Priority (2-4 days): $10 at checkout, any order size.
All subscription orders get free shipping by default, regardless of cart size.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to U.S. addresses including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO. International shipping is on the roadmap. Drop us your country at the bottom of this page and we'll let you know when we expand.
My package is late. What do I do?
USPS delivery delays happen. Check your tracking link first; it'll show the current status. If it's been stuck for more than 5 business days past the expected delivery date, message us with your order number and we'll file a claim and get a replacement out.
My package arrived damaged.
That's on us. Take a quick photo of the damage and message us with your order number. We'll ship a replacement same-day, no need to send anything back.

What if I don't like them?
Try them for 45 days. If it's not working, message us and we'll refund you. Real money-back guarantee, not a "store credit minus shipping" loophole.
How do I start a return?
Email contactus@jugobrands.com with your order number within 45 days of delivery. We'll process the refund. You don't need to send the bottles back (don't worry about it).
What's NOT covered by the guarantee?
Gift cards (final sale) and free gift items aren't refundable. Health and personal care items aren't returnable for resale, but you DON'T have to send them back to get your money. See above.
Kids
Sized for them, not scaled-down adult doses.
What ages are the kids gummies for?
Kids Daily + Superfoods: ages 4+. One gummy a day covers a full daily multivitamin floor (vitamins C, D3, zinc, the full B-complex), built on a real organic superfood blend, not synthetic isolates.
Kids Sport + Superfoods: ages 4+, designed for active kids. Magnesium, potassium, sodium electrolytes + B12 + superfruits. The difference between finishing strong and melting down at pickup.
My kid is picky. Will they actually eat these?
That's literally what we built them for. Real-fruit flavors, pectin (not gelatin), no chalky vitamin aftertaste. The dinner table standoff over broccoli ends here.
Can my kid take both Kids Daily and Kids Sport?
Yes, they're designed to complement each other. Daily covers the foundational multi; Sport handles hydration and recovery on active days. One in the morning, one before practice/games.
Can adults take kids gummies?
Sure, they're food-grade, no harm done. But adults will get way more from our Energy / Focus / Beauty / ACV gummies, which are dosed for adult biology. Adults can also use Kids Sport as an electrolyte boost on hot days or after workouts.

Hit "Forgot your password?" on the login page and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't show up in 5 minutes, check spam.
I want to update my shipping address.
Log in → Account → Addresses. Update your default address there and it'll apply to all future subscription orders. For a one-time change to a specific upcoming order, edit it under your subscription before the next charge date.
Can I gift JUGO to someone?
Yes, two ways:
- Gift card: Pick any amount, sent digitally to their inbox. Grab one here.
- Ship direct: Put their address as the shipping address at checkout. Add a gift note in the cart's "Order special instructions" field if you want and we'll include it on the packing slip.
Where do I find my order history?
Log in to your account dashboard. Past orders, subscription details, addresses, and order tracking are all there.
I never got my order confirmation email.
Check your spam/promotions folder first; order confirmations sometimes land there on first orders. If it's not there after 10 minutes, message us with the email you used and we'll resend it.
